Denver
Denver
Denver is a combined city and county with four separate courts. The County Court hears traffic and county criminal cases, including DUI. Probation after a conviction runs through Denver Adult Probation.
Colorado Springs
El Paso
El Paso County also runs a DUI Court (a treatment court) for eligible repeat offenders.
Aurora
Arapahoe, Adams and Douglas
County Court for the county where the arrest happened (usually Arapahoe or Adams)
Arapahoe County Court sits at the Arapahoe County Justice Center in Centennial. Aurora may also charge DUI under city code in Aurora Municipal Court.
