⚠️ CRITICAL: Oklahoma 30-Day IDAP Deadline
After your arrest, you have a 30-day temporary driving permit. You must enroll in the Impaired Driver Accountability Program (IDAP) or file a District Court appeal within 30 days of receiving your revocation notice, or your license is automatically revoked. Completing IDAP is required to reinstate — you can’t just wait out the revocation.
