IDAP program fee (Board of Tests)
$150
Paid with the IDAP request. The Board of Tests must receive it within 30 days of when you received the revocation notice.
License reinstatement fee (Service Oklahoma)
$25
One reinstatement fee covers all suspensions and revocations on your record at the time you reinstate.
Processing fee per suspension or revocation
$25 each, plus $15 for DUI-related revocations from arrests on or after November 1, 2008
Court fine, first DUI
Up to $1,000
Doubled if a child under 18 was in the vehicle. Court costs are extra.
