Recent Hawaii OVUII Law Changes

      More time for ADLRO review decisions (Act 146, SB 597)

      Gives the ADLRO longer deadlines to issue its first decision on revoking a license after an OVUII arrest, because toxicology results can take longer. Before, a missed deadline often meant the driver’s license was given back.
