License revocation after a serious impaired-driving crash
The MVA must revoke the license of anyone convicted of, or given probation before judgment for, impaired driving that causes a death or life-threatening injury. The same applies to leaving the scene of such a crash.

Commercial driving disqualification for DUI in any vehicle
CDL and commercial learner’s permit holders lose commercial driving privileges for at least 1 year if convicted of certain offenses, including driving any vehicle at 0.08 or more.
October 1, 2024
Ignition Interlock Program after a DWI or a probation before judgment
Noah’s Law now covers drivers convicted of DWI and drivers who get probation before judgment for DUI or DWI. Before this, they were not required to join the Ignition Interlock Program.
