120-day suspension timing and under-21 aggravated DUI (HB 292)
The 120-day suspension after a DUI now runs from the date the judge signs the suspension order. For drivers under 21, aggravated DUI (causing death or serious injury) now requires 0.08 or more, and people convicted under the lower threshold can petition the sentencing court for relief.
