DMV license restoration fee
$100
Charged once your license or driving privilege has been suspended. It must be paid before your privileges are restored.
First-offense DWI fine
At least $500 ($750 minimum for aggravated DWI)
Impaired Driver Care Management Program (IDCMP) intake or screening fee
$100
Valid for 6 months. State rules also allow an $80 monthly (or $20 weekly) case management fee until you complete the program.
