DUII diversion petition filing fee
$490
The court can allow payments or waive part of it for people who cannot pay. Screening, treatment, and victim impact panel fees are separate.
DMV reinstatement fee
$85
Not charged if a valid hardship permit is in place when the suspension ends.
DMV hardship permit application fee
$75 (plus the $85 reinstatement fee)
Non-refundable.
First-offense DUII minimum fine
$1,000 ($2,000 at 0.15 or more)
