First- or second-offense DUI fine (Class 1 misdemeanor)
Up to $2,000
Third-offense DUI fine (Class 6 felony)
Up to $4,000
License reinstatement fee after a DUI revocation
$100 (first offense, § 32-23-2); $150 (second offense, § 32-23-3); $200 (third or later, §§ 32-23-4, 4.6, 4.7)
Required tests and the license application fee are extra.
