DOL administrative hearing fee

Paid when you request the hearing. A fee waiver is available if you can’t afford it.
License reissue fee after a DUI suspension

Ignition interlock driver license application fee

Nonrefundable.
Ignition interlock driver license monthly fee
$21 per month
Charged for each month the license is valid, unless you are found indigent.
Washington State Patrol interlock fees
$10 installation fee and $5 monthly monitoring fee
State fees on top of what the device vendor charges.
First-offense fine
$990.50 to $5,000 including mandatory assessments
$1,245.50 minimum if your BAC was 0.15 or more or you refused the test.
