Recent Wyoming DUI Law Changes
What changed, when it took effect, and who it affects.

License surrender and temporary licenses repealed
House Bill 23 (2025 Enrolled Act HEA 14, chapter 9) repealed the requirement to physically surrender a driver’s license, repealed the temporary license an officer issued after a DUI arrest, required officers to send WYDOT signed statements after alcohol tests of drivers under 21, and clarified the timeline for contested case hearings.
