A misdemeanor DUI arrest by city police inside city limits is usually filed in municipal court. A misdemeanor DUI charged under state law in the township goes to Las Vegas Justice Court.
Henderson
Clark
Henderson Municipal Court handles traffic and misdemeanor cases from inside the city, including DUI. State charges filed outside city jurisdiction go to the township justice court. The court’s own site is on cityofhenderson.com; the link here is the Nevada courts directory.
Reno
Washoe
Reno Municipal Court (city charges) or Reno Justice Court (state charges)
A misdemeanor DUI inside the city is usually filed in municipal court. State charges go to Reno Justice Court.
